Daily Activity 5 ( English Version )

Haii guys. I will tell you my activities today. I depart to campus at 07.30. but, me and other dorm friends have not been able to campus because of heavy rain. about 30 minutes waiting for the rain stopped we were picked up by our friend using the car. we arrived at campus at 08:06. until in the kitchen we are still waiting for our friends another friend. when all our complete oneline. Today we are incharge by Kak Agung, Kak Roni, and Kak Putra. we are absent one by one, in check grooming and personal utensil then go to the kitchen do not forget to store the bag in the locker.

After storing the bag in the locker. we were oneline again in the main kitchen. after that praying in the lead of leader . then chef aldino also explain what we will do. and today we just prepare for tomorrow open restaurant. we were divided into 4 groups as it would make for an appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert. I went in group two and made soup. chef aldino explained everything we would make from appetizer to dessert. for tomorrow I get the menu shrimp bisque. me and some friends of my group start to prepare all the tools and materials that will be in use to make shrimp bisque. the first we took the shrimp from the frezzer. then we wait for the shrimp until it does not freeze. while waiting for us to help other groups.

Me and my group friends also peel the skin and remove the head of shrimp to make shrimp stock. after that we saute skin and head of the shrimp. shrimp meat we keep in chiller to make soup tomorrow. after in saute we also boil the shrimp and shrimp head to boil and we simmer. simmer process is about 4 hours. when the simmer process do not forget we skimoff to remove the froth on stock. after the simmer we also do the straining process that separates the oil, shrimp and shrimp head from the water. after that we wait stock to cool and inserted into chiller. after everything is done at 17:25 we do GC together. at 18.30 we went home to each.
