Daily Activity 6 ( English Version )

Hi guys, I will tell you my activities today. I depart for campus at 7:25 am and arrived at 07.37. until in kitchen immediately ready for ready to go into the kitchen. at 08.00 we were oneline. do not forget to be absent in check grooming and personal utensil. Today we are incharge by Kak Ajeng, Kak Ardian, and Kak Sigit. when entering the kitchen do not forget we store the bag in the locker and direct oneline in the main kitchen. when all incoming and oneline we were prayed and lead of leader . after praying we were directed by senior to continue prepare yesterday. me and friends immediately took all the ingredients that have been prepared in the previous day.

Today me and my group friends get the soup menu, we prepare all the ingredients. first take the shrimp stock in the chiller that had been made one day before then stacked it in the working table. after that start cutting carrot and onion. after cutting carrot and onion we also made Roux with butter and flour 1: 1. before making our roux melted fish stock first to mix with roux because we will make veloute sauce. after finished making our roux was mixed with fish stock, and be veloute sauce. after that we made a shrimp bisque. first we saute onion using butter, then when it is brown we enter carrot. after that enter shrimp stock, tomato paste, and veloute sauce. in waiting until boil and in simmer.

At 12:30 open restaurant and all the food came out. after that we explain by chef aldino what will be prepared for tomorrow. before that we were on for another menu and my group got the appetizer menu. and will make Macedoine of vegetable with mayonnaise. chef aldino was explained ranging from appetizer to dessert. after that we are allowed to eat the food we make. after our meal prepare for tomorrow. me and my group mates cut carrots, turnips, and beans. then in boil and in store in chiller. after that make mayonnaise. after all we are ready prepare GC. But when GC me and one of my friends are asked to strainer brown stock and white stock. After everything is done we are oneline and go home respectively.
