Daily Activity ( English Version )
Today is my second week and my friends enter the kitchen in semester 2. I went to the kitchen at 07.15. then at the kitchen we are still sitting behind the kitchen to prepare ourself. at 08.06 our one line behind the kitchen. today we incharge by Kak Ajeng, Kak Dila, and Kak Ayyub. Before entering in the kitchen we absent and check grooming. When we enter in the kitchen directly oneline at main kithcen. At 08.30 we were briefed by Chef Aldino. Chef explains what will be made today. and there is also a briefing from senior.
Chef Aldino explained about Continental breakfast for tomorrow's menu, before that chef aldino told what includes continental breakfast, continental breakfast: Croissant, hard roll, soft roll, danish, and twist bread. before doing we divide into several groups then do according to the recipe given by the lecturer. I get the part making a hard roll. me and my friend scalling all materials to make hard roll. after scaling we directly do make hard roll. my friend and my group are not too distressed because our group uses mixing dough.
After that we proofing our dough, after in proofing we also formed the dough and the proofing again the second time. after the proofing ago we baking. after we finish it we wait for it to cool and wrap because it will be the breakfast menu tomorrow. after finishing all our oneline again and chef aldino explain what we will make tomorrow day. then we are given time to rest for 1 hour. we break the meal and pray. at 16:20 we went into the kitchen again and started to share the section to do the General Cleaning. At 18.00 we went home to each.
