Daily Activity 5 ( English Version )

Halloo , I will tell you again my activities today in the kitchen. As usual I came to the kitchen at 7:30 and then waiting for 08.00. At 08.00 we were oneline today we were incharge by Kak Ardian, Kak Gasa, and Kak Ions. We also check the personal utensil and check the grooming. After that go to locker to store our goods then oneline again in cool kitchen. Today we are not oneline at the main kitchen because we are asked in cool kitchen to doing. When we review by my senior.  At 11.00 we finished the review and we were asked to prepare for tomorrow. Tomorrow we make Indonesian Food and I get soup section.

Tomorrow we make Soup sosok utan . Today we also prepare sosok utan is making chicken stock and then cut the pumpkin dice and marinate chicken using garlic, prawn, crushed white pepper , chilli. All the ingredients in the blender and then used for marinate chicken. After that chicken is stored in chiller. After our group's preparation was completed I also helped another group to make its preparean like pisang ijo and jalang kote.

After finishing all the preparations , we are GC . I also GC in cool kitchen all table working in clean and stove in brush. After that I became a steward in the cool kitchen. After we finished GC we sat behind the kitchen. After that because nothing is done again we went to the orange building took the id card to go to toraja Thursday. After that back again to the kitchen. At 7:30 pm we were oneline and Today we went home at 20.00.
