Daily Activity 4 ( English Version )

Halo guys , I will tell you again my practice today, today is the last day of practice in the first week after Mid Semester. We were told to come at 07.00, I came to campus at 07.00 but at kitchen all just sitting behind the kitchen and oneline was done at 08.00 . Today we are incharge by Kak Agung, Kak Sigit, and Kak Yuli. Once in the absent we went into the main kitchen for oneline again. Today I got the Main Course section making Gai tod takrai, Yam Makeua yo, and Khao plao.

When we were doing chef aldino came and we were ordered to oneline, chef aldino also explained all that will be done today after that we continue our work. Khao Plao is white rice in Indonesian. Our group immediately put out our preparing that had been made in the previous day, after which I took the eggplant in the chiller to make Yam Makeua Yo, and cook Khao Plao. After the cooked white rice we made a dressing for Gai tod takrai and for Yam makeua yo. After that we grill eggplant. Then fry the fish and add the dressing. At 12.00 open resto and today the main course is out as much as 38 plate. After that we were GC.

At 14.00 we started Gc all the table working in clean, stove was rubbed, Exhaust also in clean.After we finished the meal together and I was given the task again to record the temperature of chiller and frezzer in the kitchen in the afternoon because in the morning has been recorded by Senior.At 17.00 we were oneline behind the kitchen in a briefing by Mr. Faishal, after which we prayed and went home.
